FloraFusion™ was first developed out of the resilience of lichen and the unyielding construction of water crystals.  Lichens are unique flora in that they are anaerobic, meaning they require no oxygen for growth, and can flourish in extreme cold. Structurally, water crystals are one of the strongest formulaic patterns in the natural world. SUN© began as an experiment focused on growth acceleration as it relates to the quantity and quality of oxygen that is present. The goal was to develop a self-sustaining organism that could provide the necessary oxygen levels to produce the purest indoor domain as possible.
